I can't imagine that it would be a Costco surrounded by mostly residential and not on the freeway.

There are huge parcels of land cleared on the N side of W 25th between Nicholson and Rutland and also the S side of W 25th between Ashland and Rutland. Does anyone know what is planned for these properties?
