What are the general opinions of Pecan Grove and the Country Club? What about prices for membership for the CC as well. I am considering purchasing a house in Pecan Grove.

Any thoughts on Tara Colony. I am looking for a house 2000sqft under 150k. Using har but not a whole lot out there in a decent neighborhood. Tara seems run down. The house i am actually looking at is on Stonewall Ridge Dr. Any help would be appreciated.
