    Can anyone tell me what project is being built across from the Centex homes on Fuqua. Located between Monroe and Blackhawk. It was once a cow pasture. Also, I was thinking about buying one of the Centex homes. Has anyone had any problems with flooding or other concerns?

    They built a bridge across Mykawa which is Orem.I drive over it every morning to MLK. A lot of land is being cleared for contruction and trees are getting ready to be planted down the medium.Someone is spending a lot of money to get this area looking good.

    IT LOOKS AS IF THEY ARE FINALLY BEGINING WORK! Another trailor has been added to the property. I think the townhomes will be built by a company from Florida. I am looking forward to the retail development. Will the University of Houston campus be built near this area?

    When will Monroe Road be opening to the Bealtway 8.There are a lot of New homes being built on Fuqua and there will be New Construction at The Parks at Boulder Creek. Not to mention easy access to Hobby Airport.

    The townhomes are already listed for the Parks at Boulder Creek. The land at Pearland Parkway is not in Pearland. One side is located in Pasadena and the other side is located in Houston. Infrastructure suppose to be the problem. I emailed Jefco but did not get a response. I visited the trailor on the property , they said contruction would start in 2 weeks. That was in early December.
