I've been to Italian Ice Hut and the custard is delicious!! I was very pleased. You're right, the owner is a very nice man.

Late response but figured why not share my opinion. Went to Wet Spot last Sunday and thought the burgers were awesome. The cook actually took our orders and the burgers were delightful. Cook's name is Ty. Make sure you park on W. Gray if the parking lot is full. Do not park on the hind street - saw a scrappy lady who looked beaten up and disappeared suddenly into the abandoned building; hoodlums fraternizing on the street corner.
