We are in the process of restoring the old building at 3000 Caroline which was built in 1927 as Jennings Cleaning and Dyeing Shop. We were struck by the beauty of the building and were inspired to create a business at this location that would embrase it. 13 celsius will be a European Wine Bar and Cafe, similar to one you may have experienced in a small Italian or French town. We are hoping to open by September if we can deal with the protests of our wine license.
