Thanks for checking on that. We were hoping for a small park/playground but maybe a parking lot will help reduce parking on the street. There's been a lot clearing work going on in the area (516 Milby, 3610 McKinney), all good signs I guess. -

I walked by this plot of land this week and saw some workers clearing the area. Anyone know anything? -
What's the time line look like for a project like this? Maybe done in 3 years? Before the World Cup?
