I am looking for an open plan loft or studio... for rent or purchase along light rail. I have already seen Post Mid Square Phase II (the Green slime)'s horrible construction, awful plans, just plain poorly designed and executed AND Dakota, too far from rail stops AND the plethora of "Apt Homes" e.g., Calais, Ventana, Oakwood, Camden, etc What gives? Any first-hand, occupied opinions are greatly appreciated.
