We are considering a relocation to the Houston area. We have a friend who highly recommends the Spring area. The house prices seem great but the taxes are scarey. I am also worried about deed restrictions (HOA). I found a property in a neighborhood called Timber Lakes that has lower taxes than most I have seen (2,952). Is this a nice area? Thanks for your input.
