There is a permit application from March 5 for a winery at 1220 Lumpkin Rd, on the boundary of the Spring Branch Management District and just outside the Memorial District. The permit is issued to Todd Brendan LLC which has a company mailing address at 2901 W Sam Houston Pkwy N, the same as Nice Winery. Anyone have the scoop on potential plans the winery's new space? Would love to follow this project.
