Actually id say call them when you can. When i was looking in december there was just one 550 sf apt and it was going for 975 and was super tiny.

Well I was just curious about the area. I was wondering if anybody lived on that side and knew exact lease rates for some of the buildings so that I may consider moving there. I know rates start around 800 or so for the Alexn lofts and about 850 for ballpark lofts but theres also some artist warehouses in the area and wanted to hear from people living in them.

Im interested in moving to the area and i wanted to know if anybody has ever lived there. Any other information would be great. I know theyre opening some more lofts in the area around the ballpark and any info on those would be great also.

I was just wondering if anyone has lived in the lofts owned by Weise Properties. Im considering leasing from them and was just wondering what the buildings and the landlords are like. I know the own a few warehouses around commerce street that the lease as artist lofts and Im interested in moving to one soon. Thanks in advance for any suggestions! -Donald
