My gut feeling is that even if this place opens, it will not stay in business for too long. There is a lot great food in the area for a reasonable price. Corkys is overprice and not even authentic Texas BBQ. Sad to say this about a business coming to my hood.

It is my understanding that phase 1 will open in 2020 and phase 2 will open in 2021.

Alamo Tamales, which is at the corner of this development, is set to close down by the end of the year. Sad news for the tamal lovers out there like myself.
