They just put up the rendering today. The materials could have been a little more daring for this neighborhood but its not bad, looks like it might have metal awnings. Not sure what that pediment truss would be made out of thoough.

Thanks Ross, live right across from It. Would have thought going from a daycare to a gas station, in an existing community would require some kind of city notice. Will just have to hope for the best.

Are there any new renderings available? Couldn’t find any online.

Did this pass the recent commission vote? Hoping this building moves forward as is...seems pretty unique for the area.
