Mooyah had a preview yesterday! Enjoyed a great lunch for FREE! Fries are excellent. The burger was good too. Also tried a free sample of a milkshake and it was average. The place was packed and I think it will do well here. If had I a choice between Mooyah and Johnny Rockets its a no brainer! Mooyah is a great addition to La Centerra!

This was the first time I had seen the official names of the new schools. From the article it appears they met on a special called Saturday meeting to vote on school names.

Does anyone know the building timeline for Trinity Baptist Church. They have land at the corner of Fry and Spring Green. Their sign stating "future home" has been out awhile and it seems like nothing has gotten underway yet? I was just curious when they are to break ground?

I have heard this is to open in October and may open with 100% occupancy.

Does anyone know where or even if I can find Cinco's timeline to build out the soutwest part of Cinco?? I am curious as to when they plan to build around the lake area between Cinco Ranch Blvd and Fry Rd...... I figured if there was anyone who might know the answer it would be someone on this board. As i look at the map there are dotted road that they haven't built out yet so they may do below Fry Rd. before they move above it....anyone got a guess on time line?? They seem to move pretty fast. Just looking for information by anyone that has driven thru the new Southwest section of Cinco going in by Fry Rd. and Spring Green Blvd. by Seven Lakes HS. Are roads in and houses going up?? Does anyone know who's building there. Curious about the area. I know there is suppose to be a lake and trails close too which is appealing. Any information, pictures is appreciated.

Can you explain the divisions to me in Cinco.....I just came to realize that there is Cinco West but now a Cinco Southwest is coming in or is newly in?? I guess these are general areas and then on the website it breaks it down into subdivisions I'm guessing?? like Wren's Creek, Logan Hollow, Somer Glen.... Are the pools crowded in the summer? Here in The Woodlands people can tend to have a bit of an "oh my gosh" attitude if you don't live in The Woodlands but maybe outside the area. Any attitudes like that with the Katy area.....is Cinco Ranch reign supreme or anything like that or is it more like oh we live here and we live here so be it. Just curious.... We will be moving to the area this summer and I of course want my children to attend a great school. Would love input on experiences you have had with these elementary schools. I think we will probably end up within the Katy ISD area. We are looking in 7 Meadows or perhaps Grand Lakes and maybe Cinco Ranch West. Anyone have kids at Griffin Elem in Katy ISD. We did cruise thru Westheimer Lakes really fast. Where are they zoned for schools?? Also can someone tell me what exactly is Lamar Consolidated all about??? What exactly does consolidated mean?? Does anyone know when Bridgelands opens? I thought Spring 2006 was when the first model homes would be open. Is that still on track??? Does Bridgelands have a website or anything yet??
