I just recently moved to Houston Too, and i do agree Houston is to reliable on automobiles. But anyways, besides that, try going to the suburbs. Of course depending if you have children or not, Katy ISD in Katy ( Suburb of Houston) was just recently ranked in the top 17 % of all school districts in the nation.

Does anybody know what they are going to build in front of Rylander Elemantry on the corner of Westheimer Pkwy. and Falcon Landing Blvd? right next to the brand new home community " Katy Creek Ranch".?

Well where ever you go here or " Arizona" its all filling up with new homes. I just moved from California, i could have moved anywhere in texas, but i chose the ' Cinco Ranch" area. Its very nice here, schools are big, and development is going at a good speed. Trust me just in my street alone their are four families who also moved from California. So homes will continue to be put up, especially because the homes here arent " too-expensive".

Well, like it or not, today they had their groundbraking " ceremony". They had tents and balloons and a whole charade of things.

San Antonio would be ideal, if Disney ever decided to pick a Texas Location. San Antonio is the biggest "Tourist Trap" in Texas. If Disney were to build a park, it would not only compete with Sea World, but with Six Flags Fiesta Texas as well.

_ Exactly it would have to " Compete" with all these other parks. So wouldn't it make sense to build in a location where there is no competition?? i dont know...............................

The Groundbreaking launch for La Centerra project is slated for January 25, 2006!!!

I think this is good, as it will bring more jobs to the immediate area!
