I don't because I don't think this is part of The MKT.

I'm looking in the county records and this isn't connected to any of the developers of M-K-T.

Standard in the Heights at 601 W 6th or 612 Waverly St isn't part of M-K-T.

    So please, @Urbannizer unmerge.

The apartments under construction are not a part of the MKT.  different developer.  Ojala out of dallas, not radom.

It's a group of developers working together, similar to Studemont Junction (same with BLVD Place as well).

Triten Real Estate, Radom Capital for the retail portion and Block Companies for the multifamily side.

Technically, Studemont junction was a land deal put together by Kaplan, subdivided and selling sites to building developers and users.

I can't think of anyplace in the Heights where that much empty grass would be feasible (physically or economically). It looks a little like that project on 34th, but the renderings don't match.

maybe one of those big parcels on 11th in timbergrove?  you know,  in the 'greater heights area'...

Possibly unrelated, but Barrio Antiguo appears to be having a going-out-of-business sale this weekend ahead of demolition next week. (Demo permit issued yesterday.)

This project could be getting bigger (or maybe it's just parking).

yeah, i doubt that is a coincidence.

I'm sorry, but not sure I understand  what

    6.0  FAR cap

    means.

Do you mind clarifying for me.

    Thanks

Floor Area Ratio (FAR) is basically the ratio of the usable sf of the floor area of a building to the area of the lot it is built on.

a cap at 6.0 would mean you couldn't build any denser than that ratio.  this is often set by zoning, which we don't have, so i'm not sure how this would be implemented in this city.

    Great pics!

Re-plat of part of the Chase drive-thru is on the planning commission agenda this week. Basically the SE quarter of the block is re-platted into a single reserve. I suspect for additional MF, but haven't seen plans yet.

i thought Chase was going to build a new, smaller branch there on the SE corner, and sell the rest.
