    It is. They will complement the existing brownstones. David M. Schwarz is the architect. The Meeting St. brownstones (pictured above) will start around $1MM. The empty corner lot, 1501 Meeting St., is offered at $840K and can accommodate a 7,500 sqft residence. Below are the renderings. The Park Ridge Blvd. brownstones will be larger and can accommodate upwards of 7,000 sqft. They will feature underground garages and more prestigious architectural styles. View the elevations here and here. The Parkview Residences will start at $798K for 1,557 sqft, with the largest unit containing 3,276 sqft for $2.04MM.
