I live quite close to this and contacted Wood Partners. They did not have a press release prepared yet but expected it this month (have yet to see one). They also own the multifamily building across from Walmart between Yale and Heights, north of the tracks. In a related note, the Ironworks buildings caddy corner and across the street are currently on the market.
