I just don't see why Cypress gets overlooked so often on retail comparatively.

I mean, that still somewhat deters me from wanting to live there because I would like to have a parking garage not in such an obvious flood plain if I could help it.

Hmm.. I have friends that live in Richmont Square Apartments near Loretto Dr. @ Richmond. I wonder how they feel about this designation considering their parking lot is often full by the time they get home.

Considering all the blight and office warehouses that this will sit around, I wouldn't expect anything too fancy, but it will still be a nice facelift for this part of Stafford off the freeway.

First Ward
I think most people in first ward are already aware of what's going on around the inner city and aren't offering to sell for anything near what their current listing prices are.

Downtown of course.
Do you realize what downtown is going to look like in 5 years, when all the new buildings and thousands of new apartments come online?
It is going to start a chain reaction that is going to suck in more apartments, more retail, more parks, etc etc.
With the shrinking number of parking lots, the value of land is just going to keep rising up up and away....
Couldn't agree more and I'm really excited for it, however, I hope they don't forget to build a couple of large-scale parking garages to account for the lack of parking lots there will be in the future.

I had no clue people came to HAIF stoned.... is HAIF that psychedelic?
Edit: "Wooooah broaah. Check out these siiiiick renderings."
I'm assuming most people on here aren't 14; smoking a joint is about the same as having a beer or two once you're used to it.

Finally some traction with this project; this field has sat vacant a decade too long.

I wonder how long people in the Richmont Square Apts. have left until they're forced to vacate. That was one of the last affordable/cheap apartments complexes in the area.

Super regions? I'm intrigued now and I didn't find anything searching via Google, so if you'd care to elaborate on that I'd appreciate it.
