I believe personnel from CPS Houston, Inc. (solutions for oilfield & beyond) own and have renovated some homes on Polk Street close to Stonewall Jackson Middle School. They also have a small office on Polk Street across the street from Jackson Middle School. Nice improvements to the neighborhood.

Just went by there and renovations have begun. Can't wait to see the final outcome. I grew up by Settegast Park and plan on moving back to Second Ward once i build my small cottage home.
