I live just outside the HD in the SW corner of Heights proper. There is a builder who recently purchased a lot on our street that is deed restricted. I am concerned the builder is go to split this property and combine it with a lot next to it he owns as well. The lot 2nd lot is not deed restricted. Per the Heights Association (link below), the COH does not enforce these restrictions.
