    Yes, it's historical. The COA has already been approved. I've already got stamped engineering plans. Just looking for a subcontractor to build the foundation, not a general contractor.

    I am adding an addition to my house and wondered if anyone had any recommendations for someone who builds foundations. I need them to pour the footing, install brick/cmu piers and beams. Thanks in advance.
