This one was listed as under construction in the most recent downtown development map, but it doesn't look like they've done anything to me.

$15,000 per unit is a lot to leave on the table. It kind of makes you wonder why more of the developers didnt start building their projects sooner. I think I remember seeing on here earlier that they have to finish construction within 4 years of being approved for the incentive to receive the money, so some of these delayed projects might not make it in time.

Is Block 242 really under construction? I didn't think any progress was made on that one.

Very nice. A lot of residential is planned for this area.

The Bleu Ciel's rendering looks amazing. It will be a great addition to the area. I also like that residential building left of Frost Tower in the picture.

I hope it comes downtown. A Bloomingdale's is just what downtown needs.

So it appears they are playing favoritism towards Dallas??

They acknowledged Houston would have a "terminal", but the (downtown) Dallas station would be "iconic".

Too bad about the Dallas favoritism, but it looks like the article is saying that the stops will be in downtown Dallas and downtown Houston. Hopefully that is correct.

I saw this on Skyscraperpage. I'm actually pretty stunned with how much San Francisco has planned along with the tower.
