Fort Bend Still On Fast Track

-Aliana mixed-use community near the Grand Parkway and the Westpark Tollway.

-The Beltway Crossing at the Beltway 8 and U.S. 90A.

-Brazos Town Center off U.S. 59 in Rosenberg.

-The Imperial Sugar site in Sugar Land.

-La Centerra in the Cinco Ranch/Katy area.

-Lake Pointe Town Center in the Fluor property in Sugar Land.

-St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital.

-Memorial Hermann hospital at the intersection of the Grand Parkway and U.S. 59.

-The Methodist Hospital in Sugar Land has purchased 20.5 adjoining acres.

-Riverstone is set to sell homes in the range of $2 million plus.

-The Sugar Land Regional Airport debuted this year its 20,000 square-foot terminal.

-Sugar Land Town Square will continue its development with the addition of "class A" office space, along with a high-rise residential condominium.

-Telfair, homes expected to sell from the "240s" to beyond $500,000.

-"Three Sugar Creek Center" is under construction at U.S. 59 and Sugar Creek.

-A new development called the Village at Katy is set to be located close to the Katy Mills Mall.
