The project will be on an L-shaped tract of land. The approximately $86 million waterfront resort will feature eight villas and two-, three- and four-bedroom condominium units ranging from 1,200 to more than 3,000 square feet. Condo pricing starts in the $800,000s. Two-story penthouses are available on the top floor, including elevators in founding members’ residences.
