ssullivan Posted September 3, 2005 Share Posted September 3, 2005 Time Warner is picking up the signal from WWL-TV, Channel 4 in New Orleans and showing it on channel 76 here in Houston. The station appears to be broadcasting from a temporary studio and the signal has some audio glitches but it's a great service for evacuees to keep informed on what's happening back home.
