I renovated a previosuly bad 80s renovation, but kept original exterior and open floor plan. I had planned to stay as I love our mod block and great preservation-minded neighbors. However I will be re-marrying and need to move on. Please take a look as I really want to sell to someone who will preserve--not tear down. If not, is it your understanding that your home was designed by Floyd? And finally, assuming at least one of the previous questions is an affirmative, why hasn't your Realtor added copy that embraces your homes provenance?Your home looks terrific... kudos to you for promoting this listing on the HAIF/HM site.
