spiral buildings

is houston ever going to get a spiral building? here are two from SSP. the first one said that "if built, it would be the tallest in houston." i know they are from the fantasy section but why say "if built"?

Nah, the artist who does those "fantasy" buildings does similar ones for cities all over. I think he only recently started doing more ACTUAL ones.

Also, this does not equal this

I don't actually recall seeing a rendering like that, but whatevs... -_-
