Memorial Bend Info Desired

I am in the process of gathering historic documentation for the Memorial Bend area. I have culled the former Memorial Bend website but I remain in need of supplemental information such as:

• Information on home builder Bob (Robert) Pine (circa mid-fifties). He constructed 10630 Olympia and apparently also constructed homes in Walnut Bend.
  
• Copies of real estate listings for homes in Memorial Bend (circa mid-fifties)
  
• Copies of plats for Memorial Bend (circa mid-fifties)
  
• Copies of Home Parade listings (circa mid-to-late fifties)
  
• Identification of individuals who lived in the community during the mid to late fifties as well as the sixties willing to be casually interviewed.
  

Also, information on the following structures built in 1968 and '69 is sought: Green & Green Mfg., Hill Residence, Nakfoor Restaurant, Black Angus Club and the Hancock Building.

I have been in contact with Michael Brichford as well as Ben Koush and they have been quite helpful. Any supplemental information esteemed members of this board may have or have knowledge of would be greatly appreciated.
