I don't really have much info right now, but i found this to be too interesting not to share. My wife was visiting a ballet school off 1093 before you get to Fulshear (there's a Chinese place in the shopping center, as well) and noticed a storefront being built out. According to the sign, it's for a place selling growlers. She wasn't able to tell if there's more to it like a restaurant or bar component, or if it's just for take-out. This would certainly be a nice addition to the area vs the usual retail garbage that's opening up.

I saw that Lovett Commercial have put up a sign at this intersection and it looks like a Wal-Mart will be going in soon based on their site. Does anyone else have any additional information regarding this area? It seems that this new Wal-Mart would be rather close to the one at Bella Terra. Thanks.

Take a look at this report... Growing up, I remember the vast expanse of nothingness between Rosenberg and Fulshear up FM 762. Visiting the Gordon Campsite for school trips and stuff... drives along some of the backroads up there too. Kinda weird to see the growth occuring up there these days.
