The Art of Living Course is a practical workshop of techniques and knowledge for stress-free living. Enjoyed by people of all backgrounds and traditions, the course is based on ancient knowledge about the art of living and the healing power of the breath, adapted to the needs of modem life. It offers practical tools to eliminate the effects of stress and live with an unshakeable smile. A key component of the course is the Sudarshan Kriya, a simple but powerful breathing technique that brings the mind, body, and emotions into harmony. The program also includes simple yoga postures, guided meditations, and some group processes. The course is easy, relaxing, rejuvenating, and enjoyable.

Are there any requirements for taking the course?

The course is suitable for people of all levels of experience and physical fitness. No experience of yoga is necessary. Participants must be 18 years old. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND ALL FOUR SESSIONS, as each day of the course builds upon the practices learned the previous day.

What will I walk away with?

As part of the Art of Living course, you will learn a 25 minute practice of simple, but powerful breathing techniques that you can do on your own every day at home. The techniques help to reduce stress, increase energy and contribute to overall well being. With the Art of Living course, you feel good while in class and also get fully trained in how to do the techniques yourself. The breath becomes a relaxing gift that you can give yourself every day!
