I just posted my presentation for the Toll and Corridor Summit, to be held this Saturday November 13 in Austin.

My presentation clearly shows that traffic demand will not exist for the Trans-Texas Corridor, and most existing rural interstates are adequate for the next 30 years. My main concern is that building any Trans-Texas Corridor will force the tolling of existing rural interstates.
