IntheKnowHouston Posted December 10, 2024 Author Posted December 10, 2024 (edited) Embry Heights, a proposed Class 2 subdivision plat replat (C2), was submitted to the Planning & Development department this week. The plat consists of the following parcels: 2600 N Main St 2616 N Main St 2020 N Main St According to proposed plat, the reserve size is 0.46 acres. Boundary St, N Main St, and Embry St surround the property. I think this may be part of the White Oak District, but I'm not completely sure. White Oak District is a multi-block mixed-use project. It's anchored by Tempo at White Oak, a multifamily residence going up at 2623 Keene St. If it turns out this property is part of White Oak District, please merge this with that topic: https://www.houstonarchitecture.com/topic/53596-white-oak-district-n-main-boundary-st/ Edited December 10, 2024 by IntheKnowHouston 1 Quote
