Embry Heights, a proposed Class 2 subdivision plat replat (C2), was submitted to the Planning & Development department this week.

The plat consists of the following parcels:

  • 2600 N Main St
  • 2616 N Main St
  • 2020 N Main St

According to proposed plat, the reserve size is 0.46 acres.

Boundary St, N Main St, and Embry St surround the property.

I think this may be part of the White Oak District, but I'm not completely sure. White Oak District is a multi-block mixed-use project. It's anchored by Tempo at White Oak, a multifamily residence going up at 2623 Keene St.

If it turns out this property is part of White Oak District, please merge this with that topic:

A proposed Class 2 subdivision plat (C2) named Embry Heights was submitted to the Planning & Development department this week.

The plat consists of the following parcels:

  • 2600 N Main St
  • 2616 N Main St
  • 2020 N Main St

According to proposed plat, the reserve size is 0.42 acres.  The reason for the plat is "to create one unrestricted reserve."

Boundary St, N Main St, and Embry St surround the property.

I think this may be part of the White Oak District, but I'm not completely sure. White Oak District is a multi-block mixed-use project. It's anchored by Tempo at White Oak, a multifamily residence going up at 2623 Keene St.
