The 0.13 acre tract lot is on the corner of Genesee St and Drew St. Located on the parcel is a single story building. According to HCAD records, the building's square footage is 1,440 sf building. However, county records show Midtown Social LLC. I wonder if the property is changing hands? Or if instead of being listed as owner, 81 Drew St LLC is the tenant? The bar is located at 81 Drew St, behind Lankford's. As for FairFax's website, I'm not sure. A web domain for fairfaxhtx.com was registered earlier this year.
