81 Drew St is a 5,801-square-foot-parcel in the Midtown area. The 0.13 acre tract lot is on the corner of Genesee St and Drew St. 

Located on the parcel is a single story building. According to HCAD records, the building's square footage is 1,440 sf building. It was around 1960 and renovated in 2010. 

Adjacent to the property is Lankford's at 88 Dennis St.

The property owner has several businesses in town, including Christian's Tailgate and Slowpokes.

The person listed as the owner on the TDLR filing for 81 Drew St is interesting.

81 Drew St LLC is listed as owner of the property. However, county records show Midtown Social LLC. I wonder if the property is changing hands? Or if instead of being listed as owner, 81 Drew St LLC is the tenant?

FairFax is on Instagram. According to the bio, FairFax is a cocktail bar. The bar is located at 81 Drew St, behind Lankford's.

As for FairFax's website, I'm not sure. A web domain for fairfaxhtx.com was registered earlier this year. However, I don't know if it's for the cocktail bar.

The owner of FairFax obtained an impact wastewater fee for 81 Drew St. An impact water fee was also purchased yesterday.

FairFax is a new cocktail bar slated to open next year.
