2406 Quenby St appears to be on the market still. The property has been for sale a while now.

I'm unsure who's marketing the Southampton parcel. However, there is a listing from Davis Commercial and another by Keller Williams Realty.

Below are details from the sales listings:

  • Presenting a property with a 6,000 square foot lot and 1,352 square feet of existing improvements. Currently under lease at $2,675 per month, the contract includes a Landlord Termination Right. The property has no restrictions, allowing for a variety of potential uses.

Located just blocks away from Rice Village, it offers proximity to a vibrant neighborhood. With quick access to Downtown, the Galleria, and the Medical Center, the property is strategically positioned for convenience. Ideal for either office or residential development, this property represents a practical investment opportunity in a well-connected area.

@Urbannizer  @Triton there is an ongoing topic for the 2406 Quenby property. May want to consider merging:

Also, thanks for posting about the Quenby Onyx Tower. I was getting to it when I created the topic earlier this week, but didn't get around to doing it. However, the reason I didn't put in Going Up in the first place is because I am unsure if this is proposed or really happening. I was waiting for a firm confirmation before asking this to be moved here. As of now, the property remains on the market. There are no recent county records reflecting the property has changed hands.
