Good find, @Urbannizer! So, I'm thinking this may be located on the 2300 Richton St property. I think you linked to it in the post above.

My assumption is based off the pin location on the map included on Richton Tower's website.

Additionally, one of the investors shared an Instagram post about  Richton Tower in September. In the post, there is a visible contract (or some type of legal document) listing the project as 2300 Richton Development. Also, the person included a photo of the fenced-off property. The photo lines up with the 2300 Richton St parcel. Renderings coinciding with the ones above were also shared.

The person also noted that they aim to break ground on the project in January 2025. I don't see that happening. There are no wastewater applications on file for the property. Also, there isn't even a plan reviewing fee, which means the city hasn't reviewed construction documents for this.

At present, county records indicate the property is owned by Amir Ali Khanloo. There is no recorded documentation indicating the property changing hands in recent months.
