Still, there is a notice for an application of a wine only package store permit pertaining to the address. The business listed is Izzi Market, a convenience store chain. Additionally, the entity Izzi Market Durham Inc. was registered with the state last month. Izzi Market Durham Inc. is tied to Mohsin Momin, Azim Maredia, and Azim Karedia. Perhaps a gas station is also planed for the site? If this site is to become a convenience store and/or gas station, it's likely the existing warehouse will be demolished. I hope not. Personally, I like seeing developers incorporating existing buildings in their future plans for a property (or properties).
