This topic is more suited for the Points North forum. There are other Acres Home, Garden Oaks, Oak Forest, Independence Heights topics in the Points North forum. IntheKnowHouston Posted November 8 Share Posted November 8 (edited) On Tuesday, MTS Engineering and Design (also known as M&T Services or Midstream and Terminal Services) obtained a plan reviewing fee for 5453 N Shepherd Dr. Details from the plan reviewing fee: Use: 9,750 sf new shell building for future retail w/ sitework 1-1-2-SH-B '21IB FCC Group: Stores & other mercantile buildings As indicated in the Kroozin Shepherd plat, an Acres Home outpost of Kroozin is going up on the site. It's likely Kroozin will be a convenience store. A gas station may be included, along with a car wash. 5453 North Shepherd Drive is located on the 5400 N Shepherd Dr parcel.
