hindesky
House looks in really rough shape. I'm wondering if some developer plans to buy the Kwik Kopy and the vacant next to that and build commercial retail or apartments. Saw 3 surveyor stakes, something is definitely planned for at least this building if not all 3 lots.

Texasota
Wow, I really like that floorplan. Wish they took the opportunity they had to put a window in every bathroom, but at least the master and laundry get them.
Popular Post TX3G4R
I wish developers would follow suit on small condos like this on the newly renovated sections of N shepherd and N Durham, instead of 8 car washes and more fried chicken places
