Additionally, a freshly poured parking lot in the back happened. According to the permits, the house is undergoing renovations to an office. Frateli Casa, LLC acquired the property last year. The parcel is on the hard corner of N Durham Dr (North Durham Drive) and W 19th St (West 19th St). It's adjacent to the 807 W 19th St parcel, which was last home to Amsterdam Cocktail Co. Across the street from 805 W 19th St is The Flying Fish (1815 N Durham St).
