Details from the plan reviewing fee: Use: Master includes (4) sub projects; new shell building, retail/business... As noted in the architectural barriers project filing posted above, a retail development is planned for the 3507-3515 Rogerdale Rd properties. It consists of: New construction of one and two-story shell buildings intended for restaurant, office, and retail spaces. Buildings will be about 80,000 square feet and an infrastructure of 110,000 square feet.
