The new location is slated to debut in fall 2025 at 1421 North Loop West. IntheKnowHouston Posted October 1 Author Share Posted October 1 Heights Loop, a proposed Class 2 subdivision plat replat (C2R), was submitted to the Planning & Development department last week. The plat consists of the 1421 N Loop W parcel. According to proposed replat, the reserve size is 3.51 acres. Details from the permit: Use: Demo building/ sewer disconnect FCC Group: Demo; other building(s) The building which previously housed a Chase bank will be razed for a buildout of a bar. A fellow HAIF member shared a photo of the razed site on Instagram last week. Ive had at least 2-3 projects in my career that were in buildings that had old bank vaults in them, one from 1910, another from like 1977.
