Scott St and Edmundson St surround the parcel. On the parcel is a Shell gas station and convenience store. Located within the food mart is West African restaurant B's African Kitchen. IntheKnowHouston Posted September 11 Author Share Posted September 11 (edited) University Gardens, a proposed Class 2 subdivision plat replat (C2R), was submitted to the Planning & Development department last month. The plat consists of the following parcels: 3505 Gulf Fwy 1930 Edmondson St 0 Edmondson St 1931 Scott St On two of the parcels is a Shell gas station and convenience store. The other parcels consists of undeveloped land. According to proposed replat, the reserve size is 0.84 acres. The reason for the plat is "to create one unrestricted reserve" (unrestricted reserve A). This may be discussed on the upcoming planning commission meeting. I'm not sure. The next planning commission meeting is September 19.
