The 2360 S Loop W property is between Quality Inn & Suites (2364 S Loop W) and the Wyndham Hotel (8686 Kirby Dr.) NRG Stadium and the Astrodome are nearby. A 5,206-square-foot building is located on the property. According to records on the Harris Central Appraisal District website, the building was constructed in 1993. It was remodeled in 2011. Brewingz previously operated out of the NRG Stadium area building. Prior to Brewingz, Shoney's was located there. Details from the plan reviewing fee: Use: Remodel, restaurant FCC Group: Non-residential alteration Based on the filing, ABCAD Design is involved with designing the restaurant.
