It is situated between Nadine St and Adele St. A 10,750-square-foot building is located on the property. According to records on the Harris Central Appraisal District website, the building was constructed in 1960. It was remodeled in 2013. At present, local distillery Clutch Distilling occupies suite A. County records lists the parcel address for all three is 0 Adele St. The four parcels are owned by Braun Enterprises. In addition to the aforementioned parcels, Braun Enterprises also owns the the parcel to the south of 2222 Studewood St. The parcel is 1137 Adele St. It is situated across from the former Heights Transit Center at 6010 N Main St (located on the 6000 N Main St parcel.)
