The 10,000 -square-foot parcel at 2222 Studewood St sits on approximately 0.22 acres. It is situated between Nadine St and Adele St.

A 10,750-square-foot building is located on the property. According to records on the Harris Central Appraisal District website, the building was constructed in 1960. It was remodeled in 2013.

At present, local distillery Clutch Distilling occupies suite A. On the other end of the building is tire and auto shop Direct Auto Services.

A map of the 2222 Studewood St parcel is outlined below.  Also outlined are three other parcels across the street. County records lists the parcel address for all three is 0 Adele St. 

The four parcels are owned by Braun Enterprises.

In addition to the aforementioned parcels, Braun Enterprises also owns the the parcel to the south of 2222 Studewood St. The parcel is 1137 Adele St.  It is situated across from the former Heights Transit Center at 6010 N Main St (located on the 6000 N Main St parcel.)

Based on marketing materials, Braun Enterprises plans to redevelop 2222 Studewood. The renovation will add surface parking / parking lot on the vacant Adele St lot. 

Additionally, the redevelopment will include a new bar from Double Trouble, the bar and coffee shop in Midtown (3622 Main St Suite D.) Named Berwick's Bird of Paradise, the bar takes over the former La Coqueta space at 2020 Studewood St. La Coqueta recently closed its doors.

As noted above, Double Trouble's Robin Berwick is opening a bar at 2020 Studewood St. The bar is named Berwick's Bird of Paradise.
