Highrise Tower
Interesting! I never knew Jesse H. Jones built in the same spot as the Gulf Buildings. He once built the Texaco office at 710 Main Street. I do wonder the architect. One could only assume it was Jones' team member Alfred C. Finn. Him or Joseph Finger, but I believe Jesse H. Jones worked more with Finn. One for the history books!
EspersonBuildings
The architect was possibly Sanguinet & States, a Fort Worth, Texas firm, according to Jim Parsons of GHPA. Interesting that it is still standing today (with the horizontal expansion all the way to Capitol).
