Originally started out as a single story business and (proposed?) expanded to 7-stories with commercial office space! In 1917, R.J. Armor, President, started an automotive service station in what was called Stude Point. Mr. Armor hired famed Houston-based architect Olle Loreh to design the small display room and service station. 5 years later, William Hogg decided to build a 7-story annex to house office space above. W.C. Hogg, or his brothers, were leasing the entire 3rd floor. 1917, the original car company: In 1921, the (proposed?) office building expansion.
