IntheKnowHouston
On 8/28/2024 at 3:45 PM, hindesky said: Houston Business Journal published an article today pertaining to last week's architectural barriers project filing for 2410 Richmond Avenue. The filing was registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. As mentioned in previous posts, Pappas Restaurants is turning the shuttered Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen into a Greek restaurant. The filing lists the name as Yia Yia Taverna. However, previous reports state the name of the eatery is Yia Yia Pappas. More from the article: A spokesperson for Pappas Restaurants declined to comment on the build-out of 2410 Richmond. KSA Architecture did not respond to the Houston Business Journal’s attempts to seek comment. While Pappas Restaurants is keeping mum for the moment, the building at 2410 Richmond is visibly under construction. Many of the exterior walls are wrapped in Tyvek, while the interior has been gutted and has a number of construction workers inside. https://www.bizjournals.com/houston/news/2024/09/06/pappas-restaurants-yia-yia-marys-return.html
