Highrise Tower Posted February 26, 2023 Share Posted February 26, 2023 I was browsing the newspaper The Bellaire Texan dated in 1967 that featured an advertisement for the restaurant Topper's Steakhouse located at 8600 Hillcroft Street. Does anyone recall this place? Does the Meyerland Martial Arts Center that stands here occupies the same building at the former restaurant? Hard to tell. The new Topper's Steak House is now open for business at 8600 Hillcroft. The new restaurant features top sirloin steak for $1.39 and is owned and operated by JACO Enterprises, Inc.
