Radom Capital included the 1111 Westheimer development to its website. I think it was created sometime between May and July.

Text regarding the project from the site:

1111 Westheimer is a collection of 4 buildings on Westheimer Rd. between Mt. Vernon and Yoakum, including the former historic 1930's Tower Theatre. For our redevelopment we will be keeping the existing footprint of the buildings but upgrading the facades, giving each building its own unique character, excluding the iconic theater facade and marquee. By installing cohesive landscaping throughout the center and removing existing fences we aim to create more of a campus feel. Construction is slated to begin in May 2024 and completed early 2025.

Hair salon Church - A Paul Mitchell Salon occupies suite D. According to leasing materials, the space is available for lease as of November 2023. Developers are looking for either a salon or a retail business as a replacement.

At suite F-H is Copy.com. Like suite D, the unit is available for lease as of November. Radom Capital is open to leasing the suite F-H as one unit. They're also willing to divide the units. The unit or units are situated for a restaurant or retail.

Also, the building's facade is expected to undergo a redesign.

As noted in the site plan a few posts up, a potential tenant has signed a letter of intent for Suite G. Also, Suite H, the unit further to the right, is now leased. Nando's is opening in the unit, as noted in the TDLR filing on page 11 of the forum.

The page also shows leases are executed for Suites D-F. A pilates and yoga studio are indicated as leased.

Back in April, Houston Chronicle reported on a yoga and pilates studio coming to the 1111 Westheimer development: However, the name of the businesses were not disclosed:

Based on the plan review, Suite D is an 1,250-square-foot unit which will be converted into a pilates studio. Ritual Pilates is opening in the space.

Former Tower Theatre, which was last home to Acme at 1201 Westheimer, to become a jazz club.

More from Houston Chronicle today on the latest addition for 1111 Westheimer:

 

A live music venue and restaurant plans to open next year in the former Acme Oyster and become the anchor of Radom Capital’s redevelopment of the theater and plaza at Westheimer and Yoakum. 

The yet-to-be-named space is the brainchild of Brent “Doc” Watkins, founder of Jazz, TX in San Antonio, who has signed a 10-year lease for the theater.
