Popular Post Paco Jones
Looks like Avid Living is shopping this one around. There are two other GC's (that I am aware of) that are putting together budgetary construction pricing for the owner. A few changes: - 3-story parking with 6-story multifamily above - 238 units with 150,774 GSF (garage not included). - Two Ground Floor Retail areas, 1,810 SF and 2,220 SF - 85% stucco, 10% masonry, and 5% metal wall panel exterior Architect is still Meeks + Partners.

Amlaham
Found this on TDRL this morning and its 9 floors!!! This sounds like the building will take over the entire block (getting rid of that parking lot). Only 4 blocks away from the Ion.

Wouldn’t be surprised if this pocket of Montrose south of Richmond becomes Houston’s version of Rainey Street in Austin at some point in the future. 1
Popular Post hindesky
So I drive by here about once a week to see if anything is happening. Last week I could see that all the office still had furniture and looked in use. Today I drive by and see all the offices are empty and a locksmith is changing the locks. Talked to him and he knew it was sold and the 3 houses were bought but didn't know what was taking it's place. Showed him a pic of the new apartments and asked when work is starting, he said next month.
